Yeah you can code it as either. I would do it as an EA because I know them well. There is a nice function you can use to search for objects placed onto a chart. You can then read the levels of those objects and then places alerts or orders at them.

Good one. Move to break even + a few pips. I found that during my testing it's always better to do this in case it quickly turns around. You don't want to be in a position where you're just hoping it turns around.
