Dow up 300 points on day open and 100 in London. Purley a logical conculsion that this I assumed it would go up, problem is most try to be logical traders without learning the visual part first.

Would say it due to apple price falling after market close.. as reported by various reporters.. This movement however is dangerous and although expected at some point is happening at an unexpected time.
