Actually, my live account does not have the 5th decimal and the spread is fluctuating wildly as it did before ... it makes me wonder if they will ever get back to the 11 pips spread again, just like their demo account ....

Yeah, I agree with you .... One time I took a trade with just 5 standard lots and it actually moved price by quite a few pips ... Imagine going in with 50 standard lots, you'll have your own spikes too ...
