yes,, but month needs to close above 1486, or it will fall. To break and close above usually takes several tries.. lots of volatility. It hasn't been there since March.

using the current 1447.1 eu high.. the closest to anything bear 1h wise. is a close below 1433.. And even it may just take it to 1425 h support. Second 1386/94 ish
