And to go a little more in depth..there is really no way to calculate true volume in forex with so much liquidity on so many different brokers. That is why we use tick volume. DZ

Tick volume is...the amount of price changes within that time frame. So basically each time there is an order placed the tick count changes. If it's a sell order, down tick. buy order, up tick. You will find a lot better definition using the search. ...

I just got home from work. picked up 40 more pips on Euro, hit trailing stop on U/J so +20 there. & hit TP on G/U @ 6215 for another 35. Not bad for a drive home.
