Have you considered BARX ? If I have to own an account in your region, I would go for BARX. Very competitive spreads and and nice platform. Tried their demo before, only thing is max ticket size is 3 mio, which is rather odd.

Oanda probably does it on the pipettes. Thing is, there are many price references, so it will be easy to get caught. Even if it is only pipettes, look at the daily volume Oanda does, its good money man.
