Yep, it's still a valid trade. Look the links that i posted before with Eitan's answer. Also read Eitan's answers right now. We look on hooking only in sell (0-25) area when we have a signal for going short.

As i understand, both of this Stoch signals are valid. When we have signal to go short, we only look on hooking in SELL area. Hooking in buy area when we go short is not important as i understand.
