If your position goes your way, why not plan to take profit at 243.00 and reopen a second long if 243.30 is reached and hence protect a winning trade against a the 38.2 retracement which proved to be solid at least this week?

Me too, I have 23.6 of the bigger upwards wave @ 243.98 and 50 of the recent downward wave @ 244.33 which I would TP at, hopefully.

Any post NFP thoughts? Personally, I think the pair has held ground better than expected and I favour a long @ 243.40.

I have a feeling that it will retrace or at least stall for some time at the 243 level.
