You are joking right? Forex.com stops and targets are run client side, not server side? That could be rather dangerous were you to lose your connection or had a power outage. I though all brokers had stops and targets set at server side, not client ...

I don't know about playing with en exploit. It wouldn't be too long before the broker starts to delete orders for being off quotes or something. Once or twice may be overlooked, but if you did it often, the broker would most likely bash you for it ...

I can echo the sentiment of not over leveraging your account. Set your leverage to whatever level allows you to open just enough volume that your money management allows. I would suggest no more than 1:50 which forces you not to be too greedy

This only affects US based brokers and US based IBs. The rest of us will just look on while 2 or 3 brokers become an uncompetitive monopoly of the US retail forex market.

Nothing at all. NFA membership is not required for them. If the new NFA regulations affect them negatively, I imagine they will just close their US based offices and continue as if nothing happened in the rest of the world wherever they operate.

I don't think you will find a broker without a withdrawal fee. At least by wire. If they don't charge it, their bank will and in the end, you anyway so any that claim free wires would probably not be honest in other ways.

You would think though that they would filter these spikes from the feed. I mean such a spike can be caused by one bank or trader accepting a fill there for some reason, or by poor data, but that should not affect the whole system surely.

True, Riba can be disposed of, but it's better to avoid it in the first place. A swap free trading account is a good solution for a Muslim trader.
