BTC exchange rate is totally arbitrarily. Why does it move up or down fundamentally besides possible change in value of cross currency? Does anyone have any explanation? Does anyone know how USD valuation in 1913 terms was done?

It will as long as people deem it reliable. The US has been using dollar's role as leverage for its political initiatives which makes the currency less trustworthy.
