With EA I'll supply directory structure from that you can copy required files. But EA will require new version of SuperTrend indicator (v1.05). You've got typo I think. Please look carefully again on the last screenshot I've posted.

Are you sure you've placed that indicator to: \MQL5\Indicators\joeef\MQ4toMQ5 folder? And do not rename it.

Please check output in Toolbox - Experts tab and move indicator in proper folder. And you cannot rename it.
