      I wouldn't. Ascending scallops tend to rise above the peak, and then consolidate, then take off... that consolidation will most likely be right at that minor resistance... probably from some sort of rectangle top, and then continue up to around ...

      EURJPY Trade — Setting limit to sell @ 164.25 (partial) and 163.75 SL 164.86 TP 162.40 A little more conservative as I'm putting on a small position at the 50% pullback and will add full at the break of 163.75 area.

      They are pretty much right in sync... obviously, future months (March, July, etc) contracts would have higher prices... but it's all the same really... all relative. If you are daytrading, futures is probably better because everyone sees the same ...
