Hi, Marc. You seem to be rather fond of Aussie. What's your opinion regarding that Aussie gap at around 9260? It didn't get closed within the week. Do you think if gaps like this would get closed in the not too distant future? Thanks.

Marc, Thanks. I found that post reposted by Low. I like MAs too, I guess it's sort of a personality thing.

Hi, Marc. So you use 9+35 EMA crosses? Are they reliable, or do you combine/confirm it with something else? In addition, what do you think of ToS? A friend who used to trade for banks recommended it too. What are its advantages? Thanks.

Reaction points — Tonight the moon goes north declination too. This week, in fact, in the last two months, there are so many astronomical events, it's a bit hard to tell how exactly the markets reacted. This week alone there are sun ...

Hi, Amy. How did you define probability of 90%? And how did you determine whether it should be 80 or 140 or 160 pips range bar? Thanks.

Exactly. By EWI's count of last year, silver should now be at about $8 and markets should have pretty much collapsed by now and look where they are today. Re Gann's counts and the Dow count, could you please elaborate a bit more on it? Or where can ...

Tomorrow is 46 calendar days (45 degrees) from 6/8/2010. There might be some market reactions in the few pairs that put in a 6/8 turning point. Ilovepippin, have you thought about the impact of HFT on the accuracy of EW? EW is based on mass market ...

Hi, Amy What charting package do you use to draw those pivot and target lines? Or is it hand-drawn by manual calculation? Thanks

Hi, Ilovepippin. I just got back from a long weekend and am knackered. I need a break to recuperate from my break. So, when I read your post I paused for a second thinking that my instinctive understanding was wrong. Then I counted it again. I was ...

How about a broadening pattern? This will be the third touch. And note that early on from Nov. 09 to Apr. 10 there was another smaller broadening pattern. Bulkowski's statistics have it that it might have a partial decline on such a third touch. ...

Good post. Gold might be bullish in the long term though, this recent rush might turn out to be little than a bubble. With current fiscal and monetary policies, I doubt the world would descend into a state of such total chaos that gold would be ...

I just found it hard to understand. Benf's chart is already a picture with all the signals on it. What other pictures do you still want? And don't you find that figuring out any thought process for yourself more instructive than having others ...

TheArcher, just eyeball it. If you can't see it, there is little others can do to help. Lot of things in chart reading is about recognising patterns. If you really struggle, just stare at charts for a while, until it pops out at you.
