I agree with this. If the MACD daily trend changes, the rules of the strategy have been violated, and I am getting out of the position.

Just on a random note; I've found that my skills in PA have increased ten-fold whilst using this strategy. I'm now able to recognize candlestick formations and predict prices much better than I ever was. Love it.

I think you may be correct. I just feel that In order to succeed where others have failed, I need to work harder. And that includes watching the charts. But then again, as you said, It could be working against me, couldn't it?

Estimated figure would be 16 hours a day. Unnecessary? Perhaps. But I feel like the more I stare at these charts, the more I learn about how the markets work, and the more experience I gain. In the end, I get closer to achieving my vision.
