By exporters I'm assuming you mean Aussie exporters? Why would they slow the fall to .75? If A/U were at parity an Aussie exporters product is far more expensive than if it were at 60c. Exporters prefer a lower A/U exchange rate as it makes their ...

Massive decline in imports? By my math the seasonally adjusted imports declined 5.26%, hardly massive. Trend estimate imports increased. Market reaction has also been minor (IMO) with less then 25 pips move.

Why quote a post from August that was shown to be wrong (by price action) in December and post as if it's still current?

sorry, didn't word my question very well, what about limits to close trades at your target when you are working or sleeping? Or do you prefer a trailing stop? Or always close positions manually based on PA?

I missed Nov on the chart but yes it too. I don't have strong opinion on 78 vs 70. I think some more downside is highest probability, but whether it's before another visit to 77xx or after is hard to say. Getting below 7150 from May & Dec 2016 would ...

I understand limit orders are not part of your system but what do you do when you can't watch price action? eg sleeping, working?

I'm guessing that's a typo, otherwise you've been holding the short from at least May 2015 and you've only got yourself to blame!

Thanks heaps for your help. Anyone else who may be having trouble might learn from my mistake - little things matter. When downloading Davit's template and indicator's I renamed several of them to have a D for Davit at the start so they were grouped ...

Iron ore daily chart making lower highs and lower lows so I'd be very careful if longing A/U. Might be some more upside to A/U today given governor is more of a hawk than previous governor, but don't be surprised if 2nd half of week brings some new ...

Just looked at iron ore chart and yesterday showing a 5% drop in price (daily chart). Opening at 699, closing 663. (I realise these are vastly different prices to what others have quoted recently (eg $90/ton) but it's what's on my broker and I don't ...

Generally speaking you are more likely to get a response if you take the time to register rather than posting as a guest. Tip 2 would be that RBA meeting has little to do with the Euro. Euro generally weak at present, probably due to uncertainty ...
