Just got an email from one of the brokers (the one with EURUSD_ ) saying that they were sending it to their tech department. I will let you know what the outcome will be.

One of the brokers has a lower dash at the end of live pair (like EURUSD_ ). The other broker has a pro at the end of live pairs (like EURUSDpro).

I tried it on a second live account I have with a different broker, the same PROBLEM! It does not make any sense, all indicators load without any problems but this one. It seems to load on demo accounts without any problems, but live accounts NO. I ...

I am suspecting it might be a problem with the broker. Otherwise, I have never had a problem with any of these indicators.
