From what I've been able to determine, the 70.4% ratio (yellow) of a circle drawn on an impulse wave in the manner as seen in the first image is also the dyad (circle) for the Beck's Emblem using the same impulse wave.

The half-circle has offered good resistance. A move to the downside may occur at the vertical of the arrow (or breakout to the upside or upside break followed by a downside move along the outer perimeter of half-circle).
