Skyline, how are you determining when to exit the basket? (By the way. I still use that febhelper EA you did a while back. Nice work as usual.)

I'm wondering now this setup would react on different timezone platforms. It seems most here trade on a gmt platform, such as IBFX. Other platforms are gmt +2 or +3, etc. The indis done so far (all of them great, by the way) could probably have a ...

LOL -- I have about the same system -- but usually it's to make a cup of coffee or make a phone call, etc. Maybe you're right though, just take the 100 and wait for next H4 bar and try it again.

Why did you close them at +300? Why not 200 or 250 -- what process did you use to wait for 300? Just trying to get a handle on the decision process. I've been closing mine out betwen 200 and 300, but there's no real reason behind it. I guess I just ...

Yes, I go back and forth on exits for these. Sometimes just take it, sometimes let the 2protect EA exit. Just now traded the 0800 and 1200. I got in about 10 min after close. It went to +280 pips in less that 15 minutes, then 2Protect closed it on a ...

So 103d with UseMAs on false, is ES's original method then? Edit: Actually, I find when comparing them that v103c and v103d, both with default settings, are exact matches for the original CCFp that ES posted. I guess I don't get the whole reason for ...

Yes, but it's no longer really needed. With Pipo's excel sheet it's as easy as can be. I had a problem initially with quickly figuring out all the combinations possible. It's an easy method to begin with, but that part just took me a long time. But ...

This is one of the features I missed the most when I got rid of E-signal and Tradestation. They both had what they called a global crosshair that did exactly what you describe. I used it all the time, and now often wish I could do it in MT4 but have ...

SteveH, There are some real differences here and a lot of indis floating around -- hard to keep track sometimes of which indi goes with which method. Where 101 would either buy all or sell all, ES's method buy's those moving up and sells those ...

ES, I haven't really seen you mention anything about a potential catastrophic stop. At what point would you consider the trades are not going in a favorable direction and cut losses? It seems like all our entries so far have eventually been winners. ...

Oh, so it's which one is crossing up? I thought if sells were crossing down, then that means sells are making profit. My error, thanks.

MrPip said earlier to make it easier to read the numbers use a multiplier. For example, notice how your data readings are +29 and -26 -- well, multiply those by 10,000 and your .029 becomes +290 and -.026 is -260. There's some slight differences ...
