I would be nervous about that.....it could still go south. Looking at the daily chart....support 3 is around 1550....also the 200mda is trending towards the 1550....if they all converge....I would think that would be a pretty safe bet to buy....you ...

Yeah...I don't get that. how does something good for the dollar be good for gold....it has to be because of euro demand for dollar right now.....coz of all their problems. Everything is opposite.

I think you are right on the money....."they" are massaging the market to their benefit. so I think you are right....it will drop so they can get out of their positions....then they are set for some good longs.

yeah....wierd. Of late it seems whenever there is news like that gold goes down....apparently from what I can gather.....it is a flight out of paper to dollars.....which causes a demand for dollars....pushing the dollar up and consequently gold ...

Ehhhh.....it is a disease....5yrs and $30000 later....I still get caught in them....my excuse this time was the bot opened a bunch of trades while going down....by the time I was back on the keyboard....already to deep in loss to close....(thinking) ...

It could go down to support 3 around 1550. Judging by the way it dived today.....but a lot of the time it is just short term reaction to the bernak. I am trying to figure out when I should unload some of my buys so I don't get caught in the chinese ...
