You're absolutely right! The problem for me is I don't like wearing gold jewelry. So far I love trading gold but detest wearing it!

I can see some sense in a "doomsday fund", but if the economy and systems their built on collapsed then I'd expect something else entirely to take over as a form of currency purely because so few will have that nest egg. We'll be trading bottle caps ...

Removing emotion isn't easy, even now it still creeps on me. If I get strong emotions I do one of two things: Walk away and take a day off Do the exact opposite my emotion feels (don't let emotion override your logic!)
