I think he feels that 10 deg is suggestive of whipsaws... can't answer for him. ![]()

It seems to be failing; it has not failed yet. Can't draw any analysis till the end.
80 degrees is definitely too steep. But he did bring up a valid observation. That line broken was indeed 10 degrees...
If Mouteki said a horizontal line is fine, surely 10 degrees is ok too?
Your original understanding is correct. Double check by refreshing -- put on that template again. At least for my old Mouteki indicator, I find that it sometimes does not auto refresh.

Seems to be! But now, the tough part is finding a spot to get in. ![]()
Of course it will work on smaller time frames too; it's just that at smaller time frames, there is understandably more noise. ![]()
