You are correct on all of those points but i would still take it over a shady MT4 IB anytime. (which does not apply to lmax direct which is totally fine with excellent spreads if liquidity is enough for you and you can live with the occasional ...
LMAX = revolution?!?

As poundtrader said some brokers offer custodian services meaning you can keep your money at your bank or a supported bank and that bank simply money guarantees your trades exposures to your broker. The broker does not directly get your money. Other ...

Where did i compare oanda to lmax? I clearly stated oanda is bottom of the line behind dukas (which still got the much better feed) and mentioned lmax with IB/CQG (which are actually another league than lmax). As to armada that's a big joke. Simply ...

I told you exactly how you can check it. Invest the 5 Minutes yourself. e.g. LMAX will have ticked like 10times before the here so popular A.... bridge even displayed one tick to you. It is already technically impossible for a bridge especially MT ...
LMAX = revolution?!?
- unknown4x replied May 27, 2012
It's quite simple. Open up lmax besides any of those mt4 ibs and compare the ticks. They will not match at all. You are not getting what you think through any of those bridges.
LMAX = revolution?!?
- unknown4x replied May 27, 2012
If you don't have the money for direct lmax go with dukas. Otherwise going with a mt4 bridge (with some neat little plugins?) instead of direct lmax is just dumb as fuck. 1) You loose the major lmax advantages 2) you might gain some stuff that you ...

+1 and people remember... all the PA traders who go out bashing everything but priceaction... candles ARE indicators! Think about that. Especially high TF candles. I always get a hell of a laugh when the self proclaimed pros come out ...

I watched both the fxcm and premium tenfore feed the last days. Conclusion: As a charting feed jforex is still top notch. Even the two big reference players don't match it when it comes to charting. The fxcm feed is probably one of their premium ...

Agreed. Wankers. ZH is worse scum then all the scum they write about. Getting paid by the brokers they portrait as evil, having a worse prediction record than propdesks they bash all day. But they are sure as hell making a nice few bucks of all the ...

Thanks yes the triplet logic is the most valuable since it provides a double bottom. e.g. Trading EURUSD based on EURUSD up, GBPUSD up and EURGBP up. 80-90% of the time that will yield you pips no matter which crosses you choose, no matter which ...

Yes TA beats FA easily nowdays but that is primarily on the shorter tfs and for private trading. If you need to place a large amount of volume aka fund etc you definitely need FA. I'm by no means opposed to FA. Flows cannot be priced in as you trade ...

If you are able to "move" the market then you will trade entirely different to all common FA/TA. Your biggest concern in this case is that you stay under the radar for the other big guys as long as possible to not get cornered in by them. That's ...

Same here. EU/AU/GU/AJ and that's it. The way i trade any major would do it but as long as you don't trade high timeframes its better to focus on a few pairs (actually i only focus on EU/AU and derive trades in GU/AJ from those two if certain things ...

There are a few misconceptions there. Almost all of them are based on MAs so in essence most display the very same thing... Just in a different (not so good ) visual way. And don't get me wrong... I actually don't use any indicator besides a few ...

Way too easy and fits in the above category just like thinking that indicators will make you money. A candlestick doesn't give you more information... just different. Both alone without proper understanding don't mean shit. This is not black/white.
