If you're in the UK I recommend GKFX, been trading a few years live with them and really have no complaints, there are 3 or 4 others in my skype group who use them too.

tricky week of going nowhere, been saved by some ok gold trades... forex does this to you all the time, constantly testing your resolve.... be strict with your rules, be strict with the plan, especially if you are taking losses...
