came home to see SL's hit -200 pip loss .. and no hedge position When i left at 955, everything seemed fine, adjusted SL more just in case news had a 'big' impact.. and wow , i should have raised SL to 239 or something Well, time to wait ...

There was a news announcement.. However, the spike was around 5mins prior to that.. 13:45 CHF GDP q/q image 0.7% 0.7% 0.7% then it shot down and climbing up again, but well, still ranging anyway.
