IMO - for TMS - for consolidation like wat UJ H4 is [tight PA around 140pips] - u can stay out or dial down TFs until u c a signal ....... hey 'stay'n out' is also a trading decision right

it gets updated weekly so would suit longer term [buy/hold] type strategy ........ i dont use for swing / scalp ...... BUT! IMO its good to keep tabs on for extreme [relative] positions ........ like wat we see in the pound etc........

i agree wit risk management @ the heart of it ......... IMO many traders can make steady gains but then when they lose [& we all do] the loses r much larger than the increments for the gains ........ this never made sense 2 me until i started 2 ...
