With both your setups I get NO SIGNAL on USDCHF. That points to an issue on the chart where you have EAX and the multipair PIN running. What happens if you move the PIN to its own chart?

AUTO will be red if you are using SESSIONS and the current time is outside of the session hours. Also, if you have set and reached max winning/losing baskets.
