Attempt to 15-20% is OK, but 100% per month would be crazy. Warren Buffet and Gorge Soros will kiss you if you can. They will also request you to manage their fund.

Absolute beginner plan
When I was newbie I thought 100% profit per month possible easily, then 50%, then 20%, then 10%. Now after 7 years of my experience, I am very happy by getting 2%-5% profit per month.30$ to 6 milions in 1 year and 6 months.
