There's a difference between the cash and the future. The future didn't go higher than the thrust candle, nor did the cash. The high in the future was 1597 or thereabouts. The high in the cash was 1603 If you don't know what you're trading, or are ...

Are you a profitable trader, wizard? Can you back it up with proof? What kind of monthly returns do you get, and based on what risk per trade? It's ok if you can't, and ok if you aren't. Just curious. I ask because this thread is entitled 'fail ...

What instrument? Real or demo? Not a very helpful screenshot, lol, can't even guess what it is as there's no price!

Yes. They should move lmax back. Delete all mentions of Armada and put armada in the commercial forum.

It's $2 per 100k at interactive. The only issues is that if you do orders smaller than 150k, you will have to pay $2.50 (that's the minimum) But with no specific monthly volume, you get charges $2 per 100k. If you make it to a billion in the month, ...

Not regulated in the UK, which is an immediate no-no. The very first pre-requisite to trading is that your account needs to be safe. Now it may be safe by proxy because it is linked with LMAX, but I'm not sure I want to take that risk in the event ...

Interesting
What is decent size per month? (approx) I was thinking of asking. But at IB the range to get a discounted rate is more than a billion a month, which I am not near.LMAX = revolution?!?
- SupraSense replied Dec 14, 2012
$2.50 is the minimum, but the rate is actually $2 per 100k for anything of higher size. i.e. 200k would be $4 per side, not $5

Yes 50k is 1.25 in 1.25 out. So 100k is 2.50 in and 2.50 out. A 1 lot (100k) is worth 130k so, currently you're looking at £3.27 each side, or 0.65 pips. Just looking at it, currently spread is 0.2, so overall 0.85 pips cost which is excellent. Also ...

This is not correct, they charge commission on both sides, not just one. So you're looking at an extra 0.6 pips cost with commissions for EURUSD. However, the spreads are great, and regularly 0.4 pips and even less. If you can get 1 pip total cost ...

Well although I'm critical of some things with MB Trading, what you say is not true. I do get positive slippage. When you mention positive slippage, are you putting in limit orders? You can't expect positive slippage on a stop order. Trade with ...

Sorry Intu, I didn't mean to offend you. It just seems that some people are dismissive of any complaints, despite those claims actually being valid, and it makes their motives a little suspicious. After all, which trader would rather the playing ...

Good post Crassius, I have heard of LMAX which is supposed (I haven't traded with them to be honest so I don't know) to have no last look. Yes I have considered futures. Perhaps that is the best option. The spread is only 1 usually, but you also ...

1000 trades...I've done more than 100 trades in a single day, and have been trading for years. Look, don't assume people don't know what they're talking about, just because you don't. Most people just assume that orders would be filled, but I asked ...

Yes the liquidity provider has last look. Which means that by proxy, MB as a broker has last look. They're an ECN, so of course they aren't taking the opposite side or the counter party, but that's irrelevant. If they were, they'd be a market ...

Look, don't call it trolling just because you don't get the point. I partly agree with you that getting filled in 1000's is annoying, but that actually indicates something to you, which is that the liquidity is very low there. It means that when ...
