I think he meant fibo retracement level - 1.1006. It's the 61.8% retracement level of the latest swing from 1.0777 to 1.1376. It is an important level just like 1.1077 was/is.

Actually if it can manage to climb above 1.1077 that would be a proper reversal and 1.1120 is just previous days close so that target is not stretched I believe. But again, too early to tell. The bounces are really weak so far.
