ATR depends on timeframe and pair. It should be the same in backtest and forward test charts.

EntryMinATR is not a multiplier, it is a level that ATR should exceed. If current ATR is 0.002 you can set EntryMinATR to 0.003 so that trades are opened only when ATR is greater than 0.003.
