I trade what the market tell me on moves. Long term and possibly 1M 5 or several hours or day. It works best in relation to time based on the rules you put in place for that time frame. I use a 1M MACD with 3 and 9 with also a 27 as even longer term ...

which simply imo shows reaction S/R levels which is nothing real special but can be valuable. Might tell you what the market sees as important levels but that is about it. Good to watch on the 5 minute for scalping in and out warning.
