I would go with the bearish flag, been short since London open. Price has been contained below the daily 100 sma so far. The only thing thats scarying me right now though is the oil price.

This is what I'm currently looking at guys and girls: Pinbar on daily cable, knocked its head on the daily 100 sma. Some may say the pin is not long enough, but i like it especially with bad house prices survey.

I'm not long or short at the moment, but I am biased towards short when UK traders start profit taking at the end of the day. Almost forgot, triple witching day today, should be some volatility later on.

I wouldnt be too hasty on shorting just yet. Take a look at the daily chart and you will see that most bullish candles of the size we had today are followed by a second one. Thats why I will wait for a break through a decent level first. Of course ...

Price has stalled just short of the 100 daily sma on cable, which is also the underside of a trendline. Waiting for the close as per Moe and also a reversal pattern. My second idea is a resting order to go short just beneath R2 at around 1.9694.
