It is priced in. There were some margin calls for sure but there is still a huge shortage of physical gold and silver so we will probably see new highs this year especially in front of QE3 which is likely to come in the US.

Thanks. This year, a matter of weeks. Maybe I lower my first target to 33/34 which would be the 50% retracement of the current down move (43->26) and an old support level.

Main idea for now: RISK ON. Means: Short JPY, CHF and USD, long AUD, EUR and GBP.

I agree. Went long at 1.0530 again after my stop below 1.07 was hit. CHF is NOT more safe than other fiat currencies.

My stops are below 1.07. The franc is NOT backed by gold, it is the same worthless piece of paper like all other currencies. The franc is seen as safe haven now even though it isn't safe...

They lost the first rounds. I agree, intervention usually only works short term, BUT the current levels will hurt Switzerland very, very big. CHF is NOT safe haven like all say. As soon as the markets grasp that there is NO safe haven out there ...

They WILL intervene. They don't have other options because otherwise it won't last long until there is nothing to intervene for.

I guess they will intervene during the NFP because at that time the markets dry out and they will have maximum impact without spending too much money.
