ic markets is the sychelles one. same 1:500 pepperstone - think not. u see if u can choose at registration. some brokers can choose which zone to take. no harm trying. fxpro so many complaints online... dono how true. if u under esma/fca maybe ...

I found... ic markets ecn broker gd. pepperstone still 1:500 though fpmarkets is 1:400 till 10k.. but its ecn. i find fxpro has a lot of bad reviews... and xmgroup.... so risky as only offshore have the leverage ones.
