the margin required for gold is really small (probably why so many like to trade it).... so even at £10 per point the margin needed is only £2000

at 0.01 Gold needs to move 1$ to make 1pence at 0.10 Gold needs to move 1$ to make 10pence at 1 Gold needs to move 1$ to make 1£

b) what is the smallest trade you can execute? c) what is the required margin for that trade in (b)? different brokers will be slightly different of course. I use IG Markets and the smallest size with them is 0.01 and that cost's £2 of margin. Hope ...
