What's the setting you are using? I notice the M5 is disabled.

The M5 condition is not so accurate for triggering orders. I myself was using higher timeframe such as M30 in the manual trading. Will recommend to set higher timeframe in the EA for testing purpose.

You can check the trade comment in the history log. Some trades from other signals opened and closed but you didn't see them on the copier panel.
