You need to use the COT indicator on a weekly chart, there are a few reason- the data comes out weekly, smooths the indicator, you are looking for extremes over the last few years. Hope that helps! image

I honestly think it's a hard question to answer, maybe some do, don't forget that the spread can take you out even if price is not hit, bigger spreads during news.
