--- I was caught by today's release GBPJPY (@ 4.30- services PMI)- i didnt see any "RED" impact at all -- history has been pretty consistent with the news. Am I missing something?

What happened to the red impact of GBPJPY release today (services PMI)? I was expecting it to spike up at least 30 pips based on past data.. any specific reasons why.. Appreciate your insights
