I do not think they will dirt their hands here. The fact that they were trying to find only a diplomatic solution against Putin tells me that they DO NOT REALLY CARE....

This is nice. However I am the opposite as I am trying to keep it between 1:1 and 1:2, more on the 1:1 side, to lower the stress caused by variance.
