Yep, have a look at url they accept US citizens, trade FX as well as G&S, have the MT4 as well as their own platform, and you can fund with a CC. They're Swiss.

Withdrawal from my broker (Dukascopy) is very quick, 3-4 days. The annoying thing for me is that unlike what I know of ACM, my broker still only accepts wire transfers! As for the sales guy you got, I agree with JoeyG, he must be new and hungry!
