tbh I tried with 0.05 lots but won't get that adrenaline rush which i get in above .1 lots but what you are saying is correct. I need to focus on strategy first rather than profit and loss

using 0.3 lots and SL of 40-50$ depend on the trade but very hard to hold the winning trade because of fear and end result comes at same profit and loss
