As per the initial chart- your short position was initiated at 98400 levels ? Then the price went to 99300 ? After that price started falling to ~ 98000. Or am i reading the chart wrong?

Thats true but he seems to be hinting that if you are at point B1 in the diagram where B2 is the upper boundary, rest assured that the lower boundary will move from B1 to S1. Next if you are at S1 rest assured that the point will move from S1 to S4 ...
