I take about 1 trade a day lately so maybe 20-something. In my "prime" I took a lot more, would be closer to 100. This is stocks though, not forex.

Charts on Drugs or works of Art?

I used to like hip hop to pump me up but after 14 years of trading, I'd prefer no music at all while trading at peak intensity. Maybe music when prepping or managing positions middle of the day is ok.
