Why don't you go to the higher timeframes like weekly or monthly, I think the higher timeframes have less noise.

I feel relax when trading small. No need for trade management, just put a TP/SL and turn off the computer. I'm on demo though

Leverage doesnt matter, it only matters how you use it.

I'm even feel nervous when trading 5% with my demo account. It makes me sit and watch the trade go for hours.

5% risk per trade?

From what I learned, keep trading with a same % per trade. The compounding effect will make great return if you get a winning streak and reduce the damage for a losing one.
