Xtiao, for me the situation is the exact opposite - this is a bullish pattern triangle and the price is kept just below the whole number - I think we break up today, but of course I might be wrong

Classic forming - although not below Trend and Dragon on M15 the first leg is crossing trough dragon H1 we see decreasing buying volume in an uptrend H4 we see rejection from double top and trend - all of this above whole number
