if you are sure in your system ... may be it's time to leave your job... but I can be risky, you should think twice before doing smth.. ou must be sure in your knowledge and experience. In any case I wish you good luck)

in this case I think you can try PAMM. I looked though their managers. there some very good and stable. There is a filter that helps to find easily what you want. But I haven't invested in PAMM so I cannot say anything about such experience

fixed account means that the spread is fixed, it doesn't change with news or something else. But as far as I know there is not fixed spread for all pairs. there is the list of pairs that are available in such kind of accounts
