Could you post your template and/or CCI settings cause I am experiencing the same issue. When I add the two different CCI's I get two different zero lines.

From my knowledge and use with them (not official use) cause the arrow repaints (the big arrow) I would wait on 4 hr till I saw all 3 arrows then draw fibs on last leg after arrows and wait for at 50% retracement then enter in direction of big ...
