7thSignalTrader/et al, if you are still out there...you were right about Jacko! LOL LOL!!! If anyone remembers the war between them dating back to DailyFx circa 2006 (presumably Jacko's "original" thread that another member already referenced), you ...

In a nutshell. People fail to build systems that accept dynamic input for varying market conditions.

Hey Newbietrader, could you tell me about how much time on average you spend trading or monitoring the market each day? Has trading for a living given you extra free time? It is great to hear that you are at 10 standard lots now, could you tell me ...

Here is your first mistake friend, Jacko would not have gone short at 1.4660. AH strategy only works with the style of Trend Trading that he has devised. There must be a reasonably strong trend in play; you must be going with the major trend; and if ...

I think in all fairness to Jacko, the title of this thread ought to be modified or adjusted as the claim of "rebuffed" clearly...clearly has not been with any refutable evidence or proof. It feels like undue slander toward a member that has been a ...

You need to go back and read the rules for the Anti-Hedge technique. 1. Mr. Jacko trades with the trend (long term), not against it, thus I could not see him putting on a short Eur/jpy trade lately. 2. Mr. Jacko trades the Eur/Usd pair with a 50 pip ...

I didn't mean to imply that none of us foster ANY skepticism in our heart, but in trading, as in life, we are not after the pursuit of skepticism, we pursue the possible, in all aspects and venues. And the only way to determine the possible, is to ...

JohnW, thank you for persisting with your contribution despite the skepticism. I would love to review a copy of your .doc when finished and give you the feedback asap. Thanks again for the consideration.

If you haven't already read it, check out "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. And watch the movie "The Secret". Interesting stuff. Big applause to MG, absolutely phenomenal work.

Bebop, good call on your last chart display. I took that trade based upon the same trendline recognition and it has worked out nicely (still running).

I see a daily pin bar forming exactly at a 50% retrace from the last major rally back on the 18th of sept. Gbp/usd made a similar formation today as well.

PeterM, I'm not asking for anyone to trade "with me" or trade my system for me. I cannot be awake all 24 hours of the day to monitor setups, so I need a tag-team partner to monitor my system for a signal when i am asleep, and I will monitor their ...

Brave, I thought about it, but there is just a bit too much discretion involved in my opinion. I think it would be more difficult and less effective to put together and continually modify an EA than to just get someone or a few people to work with. ...
