Well by going through the thread i got enlightened. One thing is for sure... through regular banking channels we cannot trade FX in India. Go out of India say Australia Dubai or Singapore for more than 6 months you become NRI, have a bank account ...

HI Arun.. I was wondering if I could open account with a leveraged broker (1:400) then is it allowed? Like for India, one is not allowed to trade forex or transfer any amount for such activities. Is there any such restriction in Saudi Arabia?

I m pretty sure it can't be done from India. RBI has recentely issued notices to banks from refusing to transfer such payments abroad....
