When you made profit, your minimal lot size is calculated based on NEW HIGHEST balance, not the balance you started with. After profit of 250$ (balance 5000$), you risk 10.5$ on next trade. DD also should be calculated on LAST HIGH balance.

Negative side in classic martingale system is that you take bad signals because you expect that next trades will cover your loss. In advanced martingale you must focus on every signal.
